This is a review of the current challenges that an organization would like to bring a solution to through program development strategies and operations. The review of this content will help to develop a better understanding of your company’s vision and mission statements. There is also an internal and external review of key assets that your organization may already have available, that are useful to achieving critical outcomes. In this stage the assessment might include a review of current staff members, capital resources that are available (and that which need to be obtained), current materials, Board of Directors, internal reporting, review of the company’s business plan, strategic plan, key partnerships, curriculum options, geographical location, etc.
Through an analysis of resources, EpiLife Consulting works with the organization to write out the needed steps a company will take in order to identify and achieve program outcomes. EpiLife Consulting can also provide assistance in helping an organization to focus its efforts on a particular population to best serve targeted stakeholders.
